I have a 72 SSP with a rotted headliner I removed last week. While browsing today on Ebay I saw something called "headliner bow clips" for sale. If the bows are those four rods that suspend the headliner in the air, then I don't remember them having any clips. They just were inserted in holes on either side after they ran through a loop in the fabric. Thank you.

No your car has 3 holes on the edge of the roof the bows go into these holes ,so to be clear each bow has 3 holes on ether side the 3 different holes are to adjust the headliner bow up down or forward/backward so each bow has these on each end. Those clips are for different year cars (pre 71)

Thanks for the response. Now, do I need these Mopar '62 and up "headliner clips"?

Clips fit most 1962 and up Mopar A, B, C and E body.
Clips help hold headliner in place along roof rail area.

Yes
One on each side if my memory is working today

Yeah it's quite a few .I try saving as many org ones as I can as stated the repops suck

I didn't use those on my 74. I used contact cement to glue the headliner to the sides and used paper clips to hold it in place until the glue dried.
