I think I already know the answer, but I guess it's worth a try.

It's a 65 Coronet sedan. It's a 4 door, but I think this area is the same as the 2 door. I think this is called a Dutchman panel. As you can see, mine has issues. I looked on AMD and Sherman and they don't show them. Anyone know of anyone else?

By the way, the center of the trunk was rotted, due to the Dutchman issue no doubt. I didn't really want to spend $700+ on an entire new floor. Found this in a search:

I've never heard of C2C Fab, but thought I post it in case anyone else is looking for sheet metal.

Usually it's only the window lip area that's rusted. It's a pretty easy patch panel to make with a shrinker-stretcher. I made the entire bottom window lip for my 64 Belvedere. It was the 2nd parch panel I ever made. Came out fine.

That looks really good Doug. I don't have any metal forming tools, or the knowledge of how to use them. But I guess I may have to learn because I don't think anyone is going to reproduce it. By the way, I have a 64 Belvedere too. It's next on the resto list.

Matt, I checked AMD and Sherman, plus a couple of general Google searches. No go.

To bad they did not have it. AMD did a complete restoration on my GTX at their installation shop in Georgia and built some of the frame parts.

The shrinker/ stretcher is isn't too expensive, $139 at harbor frieght. I bent the L shape between two 2x4. Then put the curve in it with the shrinker/stretcher. First tIme metal forming. You have to start somewhere. Mine needed the entire bottom of the window lip.
