A drunk was in a bar and had tied his dog outside. A cop walked in the bar and ask the drunk if that was his dog outside to which the drunk replied yes. The cop said well, your dogs in heat. The drunk said no, I tied her in the shade. The cop said no, your dog needs bread. The drunk said, I just fed her. The cop said no, your dog wants to have sex. The drunk said go ahead, I always wanted a police dog.
