Door and Quarter Glass not matching

Good Morning All! I am almost done with my restoration on my 67 GTX. My door and Quarter glass do not mate correctly when I roll up the windows. I was told that I could adjust the horizontal track on the quarter glass. Or the up stop and start stop on the door. Can anyone join in on this that can help me understand better. Or better yet show me these parts were they are.
