Give R/T Specialties a call. They may not have the exact one but may have the z style one that will fit and work.

The front of my door molding popped off in the car wash. I didn't want it to happen again or at highway speeds so I got the Z style for the front of the door moldings. Mine is a '67 Coronet. They work perfect. Glad they had what you needed. 1st pic is the factory clip.

Ya, it probably wouldn't work for the back door clips on mine either, but they work great on the front.
