Given two identical cars to compare with the exception of drive train originality, how much less is a car without the original engine/trans worth than the same car with #'s matching?

The car in question seems to have a period correct 440/4 barrel but it's not the cars original engine.

I'm looking for percentages (%) not dollar amounts.

Thanks!

Impossible to give an accurate answer without details IMO.

OK. '67 Dodge Coronet R/T. 440, automatic, PS, front PDB, buckets, console and A/C. Vinyl roof. Has fresh re-paint.

So, how much does the cars worth go down if drive train is NOT original?

Asking price is $32,000

To me 0%. A purist will not look at it anyway. Quality of the product should constitute valve.

I was just heading to NJ and the guy called me to save me the trip. It SOLD this morning!

Thanks everyone!
