So my house and drive way is 25 years old. Probably 30 yards deep and 20 wide Since I prefer old cars the oil stains are large and deep. All my neighbors have reasonable amount of cars a three car garages. So they don't have stains. When the time comes to sell is there a resurfacing product/process that lasts an doesn't peel off. Especially since we get a lot of snow from Oct-May. It can't be too pebbly (for the shovels) or too slippery floor like a garage epoxy..

I am the HOA problem child. If I buy the ranch I eed the big nucks for this house. This is a 5 bedroom home with 3 full and 2 1/2 baths, three garage spaces, Centrel air and heat. A lot of nice houes don't have ac.

A big gym with rows of machills. Then the theater we have a 10' fd flst screen I wired the eiling for 8 builght in speakers inyo yhe ceilings Has alarge opn wood burning fireplace. Te bck had a deck a few gardensabd pond with reciculating water fall Professiohly landsacde

Buy a case of brake clean, a bundle of shop rags and get to work.

Fellah, it'd kind'a help if you told everyone what your surface was. Dealin' with concrete or asphalt?

Just sell it to another car guy who's used to stains.

My driveway need a sealer coat too. I've been here 21 years next month and have never sealed the driveway once.
