Bought a 69 RR that has dual edelbrock carbs on it but no throttle cable. Whats the best way to runa throttle cable on these. The stock one is to long. Pics and part numbers would help or a link.

Make an extension for the cable so that it connects to the front carb.

Im not sure but maybe most of the trick is in the cable bracket positioning. Maybe the bracket for a Hemi would work. I assume the rear carb is the primary?

I use a stock cable. Did modify the the throttle bracket to make it more adjustable. Use the edelbrock throttle lever adapter. This is on a 65 coronet so kickdown stuff will be different on your car.

4 speed so its nice to not worry about kick down. I definitely need a shorter cable. Mine would be to long and have a big kink. Hmmm

Just guessing, Sixpack bracket for the holder, not a Hemi. Edelbrock has adapters for the side of the carb linkage to help with cable alignment etc. Check your front carb for wot, I will bet it's not opening all the way. The front linkage needs to be in the lower hole.
