dual hood scoop question for 70 Coronet.

On the 70 super bee with dual hood scoops, the cut outs in the hood are rectangular in shape.
Did the cutouts come from the factory with a rubber grommet/baffle like the round holes did on the A bodies?

My 70 coronet has the dual cut outs.
They did not have any type of gommet on them.
I asume thats the way they came.
