Dumb question: How to remove the backseat?

I have a 67 Belvedere.

How do I get the top half of the backseat out of the car without destroying it?

There should be two clips at the bottom of the seat at each end and they should be bent over .hope this helps.Ryan no such thing has a dumb question.LOL

Have to remove the bottom first. Push it back then up. swear, push it back then up.
