Hello dude...Why you change the fuel tank its created some problem or in normal routine?I suggest to you if they damaged then you must changed other vise old tank is reliable compare to the new one..
thats pretty cool.Do they come with bigger outlets also or is that unneccesary due to higher pressure.For my '69 Cuda project, I used a modified stock type (Spectra) fuel tank from Rock Valley. They installed a Walbro 255 pump and sump. It has 1/4" NPT inlet/outlect connections.
Just got all my hoses and fittings from Russell.

I haven't hear of any fuel starvation issues with 3/8" lines for a reasonably stock 6.1L. I'm running TTI headers and 90mm TB and should be somewhere around 475HP. If you are going to run turbo's or supercharger - will definitely need a bigger pump and lines.
