I have 2 Proform 67013 fans in a shroud with adjustable Proform controller. This set up runs off a probe that goes in the fins of the radiator but, I have a harness to allow them to run off a switch in the block also. I have all the paper work for the fans and controller. This fits a 26" radiator. This set up was used for one summer. $130 bucks plus shipping.
