I had them on my Harley, hated them! (Factory item)

While your sitting at an intersection waiting on oncoming traffic, they time out and there you sit without your turn signal on. Then it becomes a distraction as you have to keep looking to see if they are still on or not. I unhooked them, I seldom forget to turn them off after useing them.

I've seen one with a mercury switch that cancels them when the bike leans into the turn.
