Electronics Clipped to AshTray

1968 Coronet. What are the 2 electronic boxes that are clipped to each side of the ashtray frame in the dash?

The one is a flasher but the other is a mystery to me also. Looks like a timer relay or something.

Timer relay for ignition key light? OR probably electronics for radio(?)

I think they are flashers. I was thinking they where 3 terminal devices but they are 2 terminal. They are rectangular metal cans. I need to match up the wiring diagram to the harness I took out. There is a 3 terminal metal can device (looks like a flasher but the flashers should be 2 terminal) that was taped to the wiring harness. Anyone know that that is?
