emblems vs. decals........hmmm?

I'm thinking of getting some decals made or stencils I can paint on. Restomod commencing and most all the emblems are trashed. CORONET 500,DODGE. I'm not putting the pentastar back on. What thoughts are rolling 'round in your heads on this?

That would probably be pretty cool. Too much of a punch in the pocket book I think.
