The engine in my recently acquired 1967 GTX has the following stamping on the engine pad located on the front top portion of the block..
Not very clear but can anyone shed some light on what it means?

Doesn't mean anything. Someone stamped their initials on there for some reason. If you want to know what the engine is you'll have to look at the casting information on the side of the block and/or the back above the flywheel. There might be a VIN stamped on the pad above the oil pan rail depending on if the block is original or not.
I've already confirmed the casting date and numbers on the block, that its a October 1966 block and build date of December 22 1966 but not sure of whats stamped on the front engine pad..
