"73-4 Charger grill mounts complete w/ hardware 75.00"

What exactly are "grill mounts"? My 74 Charger SE needs the screws to mount the grills to the body, and the bolts to mount the inner shroud thingies to the grills. Would these grill mounts include those fasteners?
If so, then how do I send you the money?

EDIT: Or are these grill mounts the part that the grill attaches to?

They are the brackets that mount into the bumper and then the grills mount into the brackets.
