Fair Price for a 68 or 69 R/T?

I am in the process of paying $27,000 for this 68 Charger. I feel I am very fortunate to find this car at that price because it is a very solid body with hardly any rust.

Can't go wrong with a (mostly) rust free body. Dents are easier to fix than rust.

I know where there is a 68 Charger. I’m sure it’s totally rust free. It came from Arizona about 30 years ago. It’s a 383 2 bbl car. Has never been screwed with. The current owner bought it and put it in storage and all he does is start it every once in a while and moves it around. I think it’s tan or gold. I can’t remember if there is any dents or scratches. He turned down $30 grand Canadian for it a couple of months ago. I haven’t seen it for 20 years or so. Kim
