FBBO member RJRENTON "Bob" has passed away.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Bob. Bob was a knowledgeable Mopar hear. From my own experience, Bob was very helpful to me troubleshooting my 66 Satellite electrical issues.
There was no mention in obituary of Bob's service in Vietnam.
Thank you Bob. I appreciated your opinions and insightful posts.

Very sad news. RJ was a character for sure. I could always tell when he would appear in a thread and then write up a 5 paragraph response as to why you were wrong lol. Boy, he sure rubbed some the wrong way but it was fun discourse to read. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Mopar brother.

I'm genuinely upset by this, even though I'm half a world away and never met him.

He was pompous and could be a pain sometimes, but I honestly liked him and valued his thoughts. I'd often search for his latest threads just to get some "entertainment".
I'd noticed he'd been MIA since the end of September when his birthday came up a few days ago.

RIP Bob, you advise everyone up there on Green Bearings, sparkplugs, fluid dynamics etc.
And points vs. electronic ignition. RIP Bob, I didn't comment much on your posts but enjoyed the havoc they created.

RIP Bob, I loved his commentary, and he looks just like I pictured him. Prayers for his family, and for all that knew him.

RIP Bob. You were one of the best commenters on here. You'll definitely be missed.

RIP Bob You always brought a bunch of passion to your comments, backed up by your data. Those comments will guide fellow members well into the future if they desire to follow them. Condolences to his family.
