This is a 1972 Base 2 door hardtop with a 440 HP. There was not supposted to be a HP in 1972 but this car was built at Lynch Road, special order. Has all the extras, chrome bumper, front disk brakes, Ralleye doors, Ralleye front end, Ralleye rear end, and full vinyl roof. Can not get build sheet but has original fender tag.

Are you sure there is no build sheet in the car? For example:

Folded up and taped to the top of the glovebox?
Folded up and taped to other sides of the glovebox?
Anywhere under the dash like on top of the steering column?
Between the front bucket seats springs and burlap?
Behind the bucket seats backs (remove the hard covering)?
Between the rear seat cushion springs and burlap?
Between the rear seat back springs and burlap?
Under the console?
Between the headliner/insulation and roof?
Behind the door panels?
Behind the rear interior side panels?
Behind the front kick panels?

You have a Rallye package on a WH23 with optional 440. One of about 3,431 cars shipped for sale in the US with the Rallye Package. About 620 WH23 cars shipped with 440-4 Automatic. Nothing on the tag indicates a special order car. Appears to be a easily available Rallye Charger with 440 in a desirable color.

Nice find.
