I need help with my fender tag. I went to MyMopar.com and tried to decode it and got very little information.

I have seen codes like this and if I remember right it does mean radiator. I think and I would have to look again my R/T had 26END on it.

Yes.

top line

28 = gate
126 = base numbers. these two relate to the body in white or the assembly of the body panels into the unibody
255002 = sequence number also related to production of the body

513 = engine assembly number
*** = axle assembly number (Maybe 182?)
*** = transmission assembly number (Maybe 843? 862?)

V4W = white halo roof

WL = Charger coupe

The v7w is a code for white stripe about 1 inch wide straight down the side directly in the middle of car from bumper to bumper

The v4w represents a white half vinale top with chrome strip on back edge
