Cool car.

198069 = 98,069 VIN assigned at that plant for that model year. The only thing that is sequential is it followed 98,068.

428 = Scheduled Production Date. An administrative function usually unrelated to actual production. Look at the door sticker, if it’s still there, for actual production information.
