Fender tag help

Looking for some help decoding Lynch road fender tag.

1969 plymouth GTX hard top, 440-4bbl 4 speed manual, 3.54 suregrip Dana 60, 11" front and rear drums, 18-spline A833 trans, 26" radiator, black paint on premium bucket seat pewter/black interior /pewter upper door paint. 68 is v68 for stripe delete I believe. Not sure what is next to 68

That's an odd color combo.

Looks to be 15 to the left of the 68
 
Looks like 1W to me too.
If it's 15, my book says that's a tinted windshield.
Or could also be: cigar lighter, lighted ashtray, or hemi suspension with front swaybar.
(In order:G15, J15, L15, S15.)

It could be for wheels. W15 was deep dish wheel covers.

Looking at it closer it does look like 1W. Hard to tell at first with that corrosion spot in the middle of it and thick paint on it.
 
I see it as a 1W as well... Someone who knows Lynch Road tags (Like Doug) would know what code to expect in that location.....

Remome the tag from the car, flip it over & read the code..
 
That’s the spot on a 69 LR tag where the vinyl top (V)1 is coded. It’s not 15.
