Fiberglass fenders

Hi everybody

Have any of you ever used a heavy non race after-market fiberglass fender on a B Body? They look like they'd be a pain to set everything up.

I did and yes they are a bit of a struggle to get looking right.

I once thought it would be cool to run fiberglass fenders on a 70 barracuda.
I got a pair of Trends race glass with no headlight buckets.
After cutting out some headlight backing framework, adding a 3/8" tube ( wrapped in heater hose for abrasion) behind the body line for support, and a brace for the door jamb edge, the fenders weighed exactly the same as steel.
I sold them.
