Hi
So...I'm back working on my no.2 '63 Dodge. I put a 440 in it a number of years ago and then got into the body work to get it ready for paint. LIfe and my Daily drivers got in the way! A friend of mine made a suggestion to just put it together and give it that "patina" look. I'll give it a try but if the general response is negative, I'll yank it into the Garage quicker than you can blink ,and then I will finish the paint work !!
I appologize for the disaster that is my garage... I've never been a good housekeeper!!

Oh boy :( pictures of the car before I took it apart are pretty scarce! I did manage to find a few. In the first pic that's about a week after I dragged it home as the tow attachment is still on it and I've already installed a hood. it's not a very good picture ,the other two are better as I was using my wife's Olympus trip 35 by then. Anyway by the second picture I had located a grille and had put another windshield in it by that time. I found the Dodge laying on it's side in a small rural scrap yard , the rear axle was stripped out and the front spindles had been torched off of it, no transmission , no instruments or pushbuttons and the dash had been beaten with what must have been a small fire axe! I replaced the running gear after I bought the car and flat towed it home. Overall the body wasn't bad at all...I only had to replace part of the trunk floor! The biggest thing was all the dents. It's nice and smooth now.
