Finally some harsh punishment for classic car fraud

Sounds like a local guy here. Got nailed for fraud etc but he's working out of his garage currently. Some people are Teflon coated.

Seems like a little too harsh of a penalty for the crime. Manslaughter carries a lesser sentence. Just my opinion, but I wasn't ripped off by this guy either.

Likely 20 plus counts of the same charges added up.

So many stories of people getting forked over by a shop. Nice to see he is getting his due.

Nah. You commit manslaughter accidentally, a mistake. Yeah you took a life and thats bad. But when you set out to steal from people and intentionally mislead them. you are making a conscious effort to be m’fer. I can’t stand a thief.

He got his due process;
IMO he got exactly what he deserved...
Premeditated fraud, dozens & dozens of (72) counts...

IMO I'm glad he's off the street, out of business,
& now serving time behind bars,
where crooks, WHO do sh*t like that crap, 'ALL Belong'
IMO it's no different than stealing from your bank account,
vulnerable people & especially women
that get dupped/conned on automotive repair way too often

You don't want to do the damn time, then don't do the damn crime...

Dirtbags even in Texas

just surprised it was Back East where fraud is rampant
or in Ill. Wisc. Minn. or Co. Or. Wa. even Ca./SoCal

I would guess that in TX he will have to serve a greater portion of that sentence than in a lot of states.
