Fly's exist to produce larva or maggots. Aid in the removal of infected and dead animal matter. Need to box some a send them to DC plenty of dead matter there.

Here you go, and you don't even need a permit!
A very large horsefly. They are fast, aggressive, and relentless in their pursuit of a meal. This one has bright green eyes, but I could not get a front shot. Obviously, no good rear vision.
