Flywheel for sale/need identification

I found "12278" and "9903" cast on it but can't cross reference them so don't know what it is for sure. It came in a parts deal with a B-body 23-spline (see pics in my other listing). Local pickup in Cleveland, I might be able to deliver in Ohio depending where and how much of hurry, and can deliver to Carlisle. Somebody tell me what it is ('m thinking internal balanced big block, but I've been wrong on lots of stuff before, ask my wife :jerk:, tell me what it's worth, and make me an offer. Thanks!

I'n told it is a 11" 143-tooth flywheel.

Cleaned off the dirt, found tiny radial cracks. Looks like it is scrap. Damn!
