For discussion: 72 Rallye 400-2?

I've seen 318 Rally Chargers and everyone's seen 318 Roadrunners (but not a 72 IIRC).

...but has anyone seen a 400 2 barrel Rallye?

I've also never even heard of a 400 2 barrel Road Runner.

This is an interesting car.

Hood blackout (but don't see sport hood)

What are the odds the VIN is a typo?

Interestingly, I can't get the "mymopar" tag decoder to show a 1972 2 barrel 400.

Looks fine to me. 72 M code is a 400-2bbl like my 72 SSP.
Myself I've never seen a 72 RR M code. P code yes.
I had a 72 Rallye 440.
