For the Cummins breatheren

:rofl::rofl::rofl:LMAO
!!! Yep I own one......like the man says 800ft lbs., and 4:10 gears.
I may have gone overboard- but when it runs it's either pushing or pulling something.
I swear when I hookup the 5th wheel it's just smilin':D

Got an 03, with the 6-speed manual. It's 2wd, and would pull a half dozen space shuttles ....uphill.

2011 Crew, Silver, 1st diesel P/U I've owned. Bought new........hooked for life. If anyone knows Pa 81 north from Carlisle to NY border, it will pull those grades 70 mph+ with a 12,000 lb 5th wheel --- without downshifting. Not kidding. Stone stock. That's why I'm hooked.
Well, that and the smoky burnouts with the trailer on are pretty cool.

My first diesel is a 97 2500 that I bought in late 2000 or so.....still have it! Yeah, it's slower than the new ones but it just keeps on doing what I want it to do AND....the engine has no electronics on it except for the junk to make the transmission shift right etc.

07 Mega cab duelly, first of the 6.7 and 6 speed manual. Other then some issues with the cat/ emissions when it was new (warranted) been a great truck, pulls my 24' enclosed like it wasn't there. Gets great mileage IMO, running empty at 65 will pull 30 MPG! 80 drops it to 22, trailer drops it to 16 on the interstate loaded. Sure beats the 9 empty, 6 loaded mpg my old Ford gas duelly got. Not to mention the Ford would be in 3rd up the hills, the Dodge I only drop to 5 on the biggest hill, I do run in the Rocky mountains so we have some steep grades.
Only complaint the paint is junk and the seats are falling apart already.

OK, this forum thing is gettin kinda weird.
We're all waaaay too alike
Cars, childhoods, music, political beliefs, and now diesel trucks.
I probably need counseling
