I thought I had sent this message and even received a response, but can't find it. What is the lineage of the hubcap shown in the attached photo?

The few that I have came stock on a
71 Dodge van, but they probably came
on plenty of other models too.
 
15" wheel covers. 69-71 Polara/Monaco and 71 Dodge pickups, and 71 Dodge Sportsman van.

The pictured wheel cover, part number 3492236, was original equipment on the 1971 D100 with 15" x 5.5" wheels, part number 3004989.

The removable center medallion is part number 3492237.

Although the wheel cover may have found its way onto vans or other models, it was listed as an exclusive for the D100 as shown in the part catalog listing in the following image:

The number nor illustration is shown in the passenger car catalogs, nor is the part number a passenger car grouping number.
