front grill

I know this is a dumb question bit the grill on my 69 sport sat. In the back of it were it bolts on there are longer studs on one side and shorter ones on the other. As the car is not here,which is the top and which is the bottom. Sorry to have to ask

Steve, I don't know if you have had your question answered yet or not but, to answer your question, the longer (stick out further than the others) are the top of the grill. Hope this helps
