I sent out some seat belts to be reconditioned to Sharon's Web and received them back and they look great.

My car has bucket seats, the belts were never in the car since I have owned it.

Can someone tell me if the tongue end that is fastened to a holder with a recoil winder on it goes to the outside of the car or to the hump? Just thought there is also a console in the center so don't know if that would interfere with the belts.

you sure those are the right belts Joe? I can't recall that style on a 64, but maybe the 440 had them as an option?

Here is a pic of the style belt mine has & I'm familiar with.

Dang Jeff..............they came with the car. Now that they are all restored I'm going to use them. LOL

I think they look correct. What part are you not sure about?

Yeah definitely use them! I just haven't seen our car with the recoil type belt setup. I could be totally mistaken but I'd say if they aren't original put em in however they best fit.

Maybe someone else knows about them and will post.

Joe, if ya dont like 'em send them to me, lol!! I gotta see these as I have to get some for my car.
