Fuel pump date?

Can anyone help with the date on this pump? The dates I have seen are a letter then number
eg.E6 (may 1966).

I'm going take a stab at this (might be totally out of the ballpark here)

H = 1972
4 = 4th month - April
2 = 2nd week of April 1972

I should say it's a 3446S (max wedge pump)
You think that's a H ? Looks like 2 teepee's with a stick across ..lol

I was thinking April 1962?
Or Feb 1964 ?
