Fuse Cavity lableling for a 74 Charger

I'm chasing some electrical gremlins for a non functioning set of turn signals. My first stop is the fusebox but I can't tell what fuse belongs to what to really give it a good once over.

I even have the OEM manual (zip file) opened up to page 8-114 where it explains the cavity lableling. I don't know what "Carline Application" I should be looking under.

V-L, R-W, B-J, P-D?
My car is a 74 Charger SE that came with the 318 but has a 360 now.
