GAS GAUGE 70 Charger

Hello can anyone suggest how to fix gauge/sending unit? When I fill the tank the gauge only shows 1/2 tank.. so I never know for sure how much fuel I have.. Please PM me! Peter.. ps 1970 Charger

do you have an original gage or repro,,the repop are not accurate,i experience same issue with the repro

I replaced mine in my 70 rr with a new stainless sender and that corrected my problem....also replaced the ground strap.......fuel gauge needle was sitting a little to the left of the 3/4 mark when full....with the new one it sits right on the left edge of the full mark...............
