What do you do about a slip yoke? Build one into the drive shaft?

Again, follow this link. I turned an aluminum plate to replace the rubber dampner at the back of the transmission. I then had a local driveline shop make an adapter and a slip yoke set up along with a custom drive shaft.....cost was $270. I stayed with the 8 3/4 axle.
