Well I’ll say one thing- there’s no Sec.8 housing in Huber Heights!!!!

Yeah, when I was there, it was pretty Middle Class, some Upscale houses
Mine was built in 1980

Yup,
Im hoping to upgrade to lights, directionals etc

Did you have a 12 V Battery separate for the lights etc or does it run off the 48 V or 36 V system?
(Mine is a 48 V system Trojan Batteries)

No most all mine were a only single batt. 12 vt dc
& most all were Gas carts, usually Yamaha's too

I'd assume/think you could isolate one 12 vt dc battery,
1st battery in the daisy chain 3-4 batt's on a
36-48 vt dc electric cart system too
some are 6-8 of 6 volt batteries, make sure which you have
36 vol6t carts are usually 3 X 12 volt
