Welcome from NC, and my vote is nice driver. It looks in too good of shape to make it a rat rod, and with a little effort could be a nice looking driver, but that just my humble opinion.

I just got a paint estimate from my local Maaco shop.
$3K for their premium paint job if I pull all the trim off.
I'm 90% sure I'm going with the nice driver look now.
