Came out of a 68 RR with a non standard fan. Not sure if it fits with OEM setup.

This was purchased by the previous owner in 2014. Model Number 5-00004.​

I am fairly sure that there are no leaks but I always smelled a little coolant after a drive but nothing was on the floor. As-Is Condition.

FYI it does mount in the factory position and it does accept the factory 5 bolt shroud.
Fits quite well, actually. GLWS.
