Hi gang! Old Mopar guy but fairly new to the B-bodies as I picked up a 69 RR coupe not too long ago. She is a solid car but the pervious owner(s) have done some what I could call mickey mouse/hamfisted work where they just didn't do the job quite right.
So one of the things I noticed is that the center grille is missing the fastners needed to mount it to the brackets. The screws along the upper radiator core support are there but the missing bolts are the ones directly behind the grill. Not a big deal as I can always get the fasteners however (isn't there always a "however") in doing my research on various sites I'm finding something called "grille spacers". Have no idea what these would be used for, where I'd use them or if I even need them. :icon_scratch:
Was hoping one of you wise guru's could share your knowledge or even a pix or two on if these are needed and where.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Propwash. That is what I suspect I need and after some research apparently the "spacers" a for Chargers. I didn't read the small print...duh. Again thanks for all the helps.

Ciao!
