Hell all,

Does anyone know if a 69 road runner with manual transmission had a trans to body grounding cable?

Paladin, I think he meant shouldn't. The engine has a grounding cable the goes to the firewall the tranny wouldn't need its own ground

I have never seen a ground on a 4 spd or an auto. RT rear of head to firewall was typical.

My 1968 Road Runner 383 4 spd had a ground wire at the right rear cyl head to firewall. I know this was factory as I was the first to disassemble the car

For decades I would add a extra ground wire around the motor mount to frame. Can be done fairly sly where it is hard to see and never hurts to have.
