It certainly is, but I'm a little surprised to see that they still had to skim coat new quarters.

I don't think there has been a quarter made that couldn't benefit from a skim coat to say the least.

Looks like my car will be featured in the show on the night Graveyard carz premieres in July, this should be interesting!
