Had lunch with Captain America today.

I went to the Boomerang Diner for lunch; I was craving their Supreme Frito Chili Pie. The place was packed at 2:30 this afternoon due to the free hamburger for the Vets. There was a guy in a Captain America costume at the bar. So, I sat down beside him. He said he was celebrating Veterans Day by dressing up in a cosplay costume. He was a Marine in the 80s. We had a lot in common. Both radio operator MOS serving about the same time and length of service.

He ate his burger and I wolfed down my FCP and went our separate ways.
