Hmmm tell me more about Brian.

It sure looks like Miles is doing most of the guitar work in video.

Even so, it's good practice to have 2, as some things just can't be done by one alone- IE the end of "I Like To Rock", where the riffs to "Day Tripper" and "Satisfaction" are playing at the same time.
