Ok, so it's corny, but it was 50 years ago today that my Coronet was born on the St Louis assembly line. Jan. 11, 1966! Thought we'd have a little celebration.

Great looking ride

Not corny at all...awesome!
I also agree, some more pics of the birthday ride would be appreciated.

I celebrated the 50th anniversary of the build of my '66 Coronet 500 (1 Sep 1965) and my '66 Imperial (7 Sep 1965) with a big birthday card in the windshield, at two different car shows.

Great fun!

Mine has a 5/20/1969 Birthday that I always mark. Lynch Road. 2 months later, man on the Moon!

Thanks guys. Forgot to mention she's still wearing her original birthday suit (paint) & hair (vinyl roof) - all original.

That is a beautiful '66!

Super car; makes me miss my 66 coronet 500. Fantastic that's it's still in original paint and vinyl top!

Wow - Happy B-Day!! That is one beautiful ride. Glad you still have it and are proud to do so.

I just realized that your car's scheduled build date is the exact date my '66 Coronet 500 was sold at the dealership!

Crazy, huh? Mine made a fairly quick trip to Dependable Dodge, in Asheville, North Carolina, where it had been ordered and delivered later in January. I have the original invoice from that dealer.
