It shouldnt take big psi to lube roller bearing rockers and still get oil in the pushrod cups. If your having trouble with heat /burning up pushrod tips , I would be more focused on the partnership of the mating surfaces.
 
I think they got "right" and "left mixed up in the photo. Whatever, the adjusters should be close together on each cylinder.
 
It does when the shafts have 8 more holes than necessary !!

They flood the shafts to aid in oiling .
 
With the stock thru-the-cam interrupted oiling, at idle, I can’t imagine there being enough volume going to the heads to have the oil squirting out of the rockers.

Btw, what’s the lift of the new cam?
