Has anyone used Galens tag service

I attempted to use him just recently to have my window sticker reproduced as the upper left corner with the dealer name was ripped off, but his site referred me to Triple A Enterprises. No complaints with them, for what it's worth.

I tried to use them years ago and after several emails with no response, I gave up.

sorry RC
don't give the biggest fake tag creator in the mopar hobby too much credit..
he is the one who started the crap that is the norm now... :elmer:
he should be in the cell next to Swine Hilda..

I don't know Galen nor do I know much about his business or business practices. I'm just saying that he was a pioneer in deciphering fender tags and broadcast sheets.

Correct IMHO.
I contacted Galen back in 1999, and for me it was a wait of around 18 months, and a cost of US$25 or thereabouts. I received for my trouble, two copies of an options breakdown sheet, as well as a verification of my car as it was presented to Galen. I also received an address to where my car was originally sold, and relevant contact details. This information was more valuable than any other service offered at the time. I was able to contact the Dealership and exchange information with the grandson of the guy who sold my car new off the lot. I also managed to get a name of the original buyer, which after my own detective work, resulted in a telephone conversation with that man....some 30 years after he sold the car. I now have copies of my original order sheet and sales receipt....priceless to me.

Something else happened sometime after that information arrived from Galen....he mentioned my car in his regular monthly column.

As I said previously, I don't personally know him or know anything about his business ethics.

......Nor do I worship the man.

wondering if anyone has used this service and there results? is it worth it?
I sent GTS a check for $223 in January 2015. I was jerked around, lied to and ignored for a year and a half until I finally filed an online complaint with the Wisconsin BBB in July 2016. Finally got my order. Save yourself a lot of grief and forget doing business with these people.

I was able to find out all relevant info on my car by contacting the Chrysler Historical folks and also all original purchase and subsequent owners through the California DMV.
