In a recent thread about hot sauce (I can't locate the thread) I asked for his special recipe for North Carolina Reaper pepper hot sauce. He not only sent me the recipe, but a bottle of his sauce, and bag of peppers (should have been shipped as hazardous material). He went WAY above and beyond. What a guy!
