I am planning on putting a 400 in my Roadrunner. I know it's is a stupid question. Should I run my headers and exhaust before I put the 400 in first?????mop Or wait till my engine us in place to ocomemder for spacing.

Headers and engine can probably go in at the same time. While you're lowering the engine in you can likely slip the headers in too.

Exhaust should go in afterwards, as you're "supposed" to work from the back of the car forward.

Just my two cents, but I've found that if you get the engine into the engine bay and positioned almost sitting on the mounts on the K (like, say, a couple inches above final resting place), the headers can then be slipped in and positioned/loosely bolted on.
There's a happy place in the process of lowering the engine into the bay where it's close enough for you to clear everything that needs cleared with the headers, yet the engine is still raised enough to easily get the headers on the engine, too.
Make sense?
